Adventure seeker, travel enthusiast
Oh Hi there,
I got my very first camera when I was 15 years old, not knowing a lot I started off by just taking some photos of friends in “sports mode”.
In my matric year I decided that this hobby could develop into something more, I thought it well to start my own business and did many photoshoot for free just to get its started and up and running.
Being an athlete myself I enjoyed taking photos of sports and later on joined a company where I took photos at the South African Athletics and cross country championships as well as the African Athletics championship.
But somewhere along the line, I felt like there was a creative outlet missing, so I thought why not try the wedding industry and see what it holds. I second shooted for a few photographers and finally joined another photographer full time. It was during this period that I realised that I love, love (cringe) it might be, but it holds its full truth.
After all we are nothing without love
I started this business in 2014 as a side hussle or hobby and even throughout the years of experimenting I’ve realised that is far more than a photo being captured, it’s the friendship that are formed, the stories that are being told, and you my clients trusting me to capture beyond the smile, but the real true joy

"You never ask an

coffee, because the
answer is ALWAYS
YES"
The Aldridge Family
Let's see if the shoe will fit...
I thought it well to entertain you with a few interesting facts about myself, just to make sure you know what you get yourself into ๐
1. We have this saying in my family that you never ask an “Aldridge” if they want coffee, because the answer is always yes… so there you have it.
2. Yes I do hug my Monsteria “Nancy – and honestly, I think the fact that I hug her will grow on you too ๐ (Jip I love a good pun)
3. I’m the biggest survivor fan and would actually love to participate one day.
4. I sing about everything- and that is probably why God didn’t give me a good voice – Because I would annoy a lot of people haha.
5. My house really looks like the MRP Home cushions section with all the scatter cushions I own (never enough never ever…) jip there is that singing thing I’ve been talking about)
6. I actually have super curly hair, so don’t get a fright when you see me ๐
7. Besides coffee, I never say no to ice cream either, so uhm if you have a ice cream truck at your wedding, I solemnly pledge to only have one ๐
Now that you know a bit more about me, are you ready for me to be your DJ, 5th bridesmaid, wedding co-ordinator and photographer?
